Return Policy
At Divemaster Supply, we are proud to offer a flexible return policy: a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our merchandise.
  • Items in new condition with original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a 100% credit or refund.
  • Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) – and complete an RMA Form. The RMA Form can be emailed to you, sent by regular mail, or found HERE.   To ensure that your return/exchange is handled quickly, always include a copy of your receipt.

To return an item, just follow the simple directions below and we’ll take care of the rest!

  1. Contact us at:  info@divemastersupply.com  or call our Customer Service at 702-595-0007 and get your RMA number.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products must be in the condition they were received, as well as in their original packaging. Include all warranty cards and manuals.
  3. Include the RMA Form with a copy of your receipt.
  4. Send your package via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post.(Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.)

Shipping Policy

FREE Ground Shipping On All Orders Over $199.

When you order a product or multiple products that total over $199, there will be no shipping charge. To view shipping charges:

Standard Shipping - Continental US Only

  • Click - VIEWCART button,
  • Click - PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
  • Click - CALCULATE TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT (near top of page). 
  • Enter your ship-to zip code in the box
  • Click – UPDATE.

Shipping charges will automatically be adjusted.

Terms and Conditions

  • Applies to orders with a Subtotal greater than $199.
  • Applies to GROUND shipping rates only.  Expedited shipping requests will be charged as Normal 3-day shipments.
  • Available only to United States shipping addresses in the 48 Continental United States.
  • Special order or handling fees may still apply.
  • Refunds for any returned Free Shipping items will be deducted by the amount of the free shipping incentive from the original order.
  • Valid with gift certificates.
  • Canceling or combining orders, or changing your address may affect Free Shipping availability.
