Remarkable efficiency!! These fins are outstanding! They combine the easy kick of a traditional split-fin, but give far greater propulsion for the same kick effort. I have used some very nice TUSA split fins for a couple of years now. I knew I was giving up a little propulsion power for a comfortable soft kick. After trying the Mach 2 Turbo fins, I was surprised at the increased power and speed I gained while having the same nice soft kick that I had grown used to. The Mach 2 Turbo fins have the thrust of a big power fin while being very soft and easy on the ankles and legs. I have been diving since 1988 and I am a PADI Divemaster. I have used a variety of different fins. The Mach 2 Turbo fin is the most efficient and comfortable fin I have ever used. The Mach 2 Turbo fins have removable Power-tabs, but I think the fins are perfect right out of the box. Definitely try them out for a couple of dives before removing any power tabs. Once you remove them you cannot put them back in. I didn’t remove any power tabs in my set and I find them to be just right for SCUBA diving.
